Regolamento interno al B&b“Corallo Rosso”

Benvenuti nella nostra struttura! Corallo Rosso è felice di ospitarvi!

Per un soggiorno piacevole e sicuro, è bene conoscere le norme del regolamento interno della casa. Per ogni ulteriore informazione, rivolgetevi con fiducia al padrone di casa.

- Corallo Rosso è esclusivamente riservato agli ospiti che occupano gli appartamenti: è vietato quindi l’accesso ai non autorizzati; le visite di eventuali ospiti esterni dovranno essere preventivamente approvate dalla Direzione.

- Potrete prendere possesso dell’unità abitativa dopo le 14:00 del giorno dell’arrivo e dovrete lasciarla libera entro le ore 10:00 del giorno della partenza.

- Ciascun ospite è tenuto alla custodia dei propri effetti personali e dei preziosi lasciati nell'appartamento; il proprietario non risponde della loro malaugurata sottrazione.

- Ciascun ospite è responsabile del proprio comportamento nella casa e nell' area circostante ad essa e, in caso d'incidenti a lui imputabili, sarà chiamato a risarcire i danni.

- Al conduttore vengono consegnate le chiavi dell’intera struttura, in caso di smarrimento e/o deterioramento delle stesse, deve essere data tempestiva comunicazione al locatore e/o preposto, saranno addebitate a carico del conduttore le eventuali spese di sostituzione delle serrature e/o rifacimento delle stesse.

- Siete cortesemente pregati, prima di uscire dalla vostra unità abitativa, di chiudere a chiave la porta e le finestre, di spegnere le luci e tutti gli apparecchi elettrici nella stanza e di chiudere i rubinetti dell'acqua.

- Il proprietario della struttura ha il diritto, in assenza dell'ospite ed in circostanze particolari, di entrare nell'appartamento per evitare l'insorgere di possibili danni o pericoli. Il proprietario è tenuto ad informare tempestivamente l'ospite del proprio ingresso nell'appartamento/camera.

- È vietato qualsiasi rumore molesto dalle 14:00 alle 16:00 e dalle 23:00 alle 07:00.

- È possibile utilizzare attrezzature ed apparecchi che non sono parte integrante dell'offerta della camera soltanto previa autorizzazione del padrone di casa.

- Non è consentito il soggiorno di animali domestici.

- In caso di smarrimento o di danneggiamento d'impianti, mobili, apparecchi o attrezzatura dell’appartamento, l'ospite è tenuto ad avvisare senza indugio il padrone di casa. Se lo smarrimento o il danneggiamento sono imputabili a colpa dell’ospite, questi sarà tenuto ad un risarcimento pari al controvalore dell'oggetto smarrito o del danno provocato.

- È severamente vietato asportare dall'appartamento/camera apparecchi o parti dell'attrezzatura in dotazione (asciugami, coperte e simili).

- È severamente vietato fumare all'interno degli appartamenti.

- Il gestore mette a disposizione degli ospiti che ne facciano richiesta, la password per l’accesso ad internet con il proprio PC con sistema wireless

- Il padrone di casa ha il diritto di sospendere la prestazione del servizio all'ospite che contravvenga alle disposizioni del presente regolamento interno.

- All'arrivo, ogni ospite è tenuto a consegnare senza indugio il proprio documento di riconoscimento personale (carta d'identità o passaporto) al padrone di casa, affinché questi possa denunciarne la presenza all'Ufficio turistico competente.

- V'invitiamo a comunicare al padrone di casa, a vostra completa disposizione 24 ore su 24, ogni vostra osservazione, desiderio o elogio.

For a pleasant and safe stay, it is good to know the rules of the house's internal regulations. For any further information, please contact the landlord with confidence.

- Corallo Rosso is exclusively reserved for guests occupying the apartments: access to unauthorized persons is therefore prohibited; the visits of any external guests must be approved in advance by the Management.

- You can take possession of the housing unit after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and you must vacate it by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

- Each guest is required to take care of their personal effects and valuables left in the apartment; the owner is not responsible for their unfortunate removal

-Each guest is responsible for his own behavior in the house and in the area surrounding it and, in the event of accidents attributable to him; he will be called to pay damages.

-The tenant is given the keys of the entire structure, in case of loss and / or deterioration of the same, timely notice must be given to the landlord and / or person in charge, any costs of replacing and / remaking the keys will be charged to the tenant.

- Before leaving your apartment, you are kindly requested to lock the door and windows, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances in the room and turn off the water taps.

- The owner of the structure has the right, in the absence of the guest and in particular circumstances, to enter the apartment to avoid the occurrence of possible damage or dangers.

- The owner is required to promptly inform the guest of their entry into the apartment / room.

- Any disturbing noise is prohibited from 2pm to 4pm and from 11pm to 7am

- Equipment which is not an integral part of the offer may be used only with the permission of the landlord.

- Pets are not allowed

- In the event of loss or damage to systems, furniture, appliances or equipment in the apartment, the guest is required to notify the landlord without delay. If the loss or damage is due to the fault of the guest, the guest will be held to pay compensation equal to the value of the lost object or the damage caused.

- It is strictly forbidden to remove appliances or parts of the equipment supplied (towels, blankets and the like) from the apartment / room.

- It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and in the apartment.

- The manager makes available to guests who request it, the password for internet access with their PC with a wireless system

- The landlord has the right to suspend the provision of the service to the guest who contravenes the provisions of these internal regulations.

- Upon arrival, each guest is obliged to hand over his personal identification document (identity card or passport) without delay to the landlord, so that he can report his presence to the competent tourist office

- We invite you to communicate all your observations, wishes or praise to the landlord, who is at your complete disposal 24 hours a day.
